ATD Cruises & More Client Agreement
When you retain ATD Cruises & More to help plan your travel, you are hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Travel Planning & Support Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).

Travel Planning & Support Fee
This non-refundable fee covers my time in researching, planning, and arranging services with my suppliers. When you retain my services as your trusted travel advisor, I will research your requests then I will confirm all reservations, send you detailed confirmation materials, request exclusive upgrades and perks, if available, and act as your advocate before, during, and after your trip.
Fee Schedule:
$100-Cruise or all-inclusive vacation packages for two per cabin/room. There will be an additional $25 per person for additional people per cabin/room. This fee allows for up to three changes to itinerary during the planning phase. If more changes are requested there will be an additional charge to proceed.
$200-Trips that include multiple elements, such as air, hotel, auto, excursions, etc. and packaged tours. This charge is per room. This also includes international travel other than all-inclusive vacation packages to the Caribbean & Mexico. This fee allows for up to three changes to itinerary during the planning phase. If more changes are requested there will be an additional charge to proceed.
$50—Domestic air only, per person.
$100-International air only, per person.
Other packages will be priced based on the complexity of the request.
Group pricing will be determined at the time of initial consultation.

Travel Insurance Acknowledgement
Emergencies can happen when you least expect them. ATD Cruises & More highly recommends that all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in their travel. Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators all charge high penalties for cancellation, ranging from the full deposit to no refund at all. And please keep in mind that most health insurance policies will not cover you when you are out of the country. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances.
Please also note that for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy).
Please understand that we are not registered insurance agents, and we cannot legally provide specific advice or information regarding insurance. We will gladly secure a quote for you, upon request, and if ATD Cruises & More does not, or is not legally able to secure coverage on your behalf, it is our strong recommendation that you purchase a policy on your own.
I acknowledge that ATD Cruises & More has recommended or offered travel insurance protection to me. Should I choose not to purchase such a policy, I accept all responsibility for declining to secure coverage.
